Research & Development / Quality Control Lab:Chemionics maintains a full-time research & development laboratory with highly trained chemists. Our lab enables us to offer our customers new product development, as well as assistance in processing applications. Our R&D staff continually explores ways to improve the performance, environmental compliance, and cost efficiency of our compounds.
Our staff of chemists & lab technicians ensures each production batch is rigorously tested & meets all specifications prior to shipment.

Our lab is capable of producing laboratory batches of all of our products, from 1 pint to 5-Gallons.
Production Facilities:Our production facilities are designed to accommodate our customers unique requirements, across all polymer types. With the capability to produce batch sizes ranging from 50-gallons to 3,000-gallons, Chemionics provides the flexibility to meet our customers needs.

Raw Materials:To ensure our quality standards and total customer satisfaction, Chemionics maintains a broad inventory of raw materials. We monitor incoming raw materials for conformance to specifications through our quality control procedures.
